Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
- To begin the process of stopping junk mail being sent to the deceased and to confirm to you once processed.
We share this information with the Bereavement Register (Part of the REaD Group) and may share with other mail suppression organisations in the future.

How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored on our cloud servers.
We keep all contact information for 12 months. We will then dispose your information by using audited and secure data deletion processes.
